Product Overview

The V-shaped cylinder rotates around the center of the rotating shaft under the drive of the driving shaft, and the material inside also diffuses by gravity with the two inclined cylinders of the V-shaped cylinder. When the connection point (bottom) of the V-shaped cylinder rotates to the lower position, the material converges towards the bottom. When the connection of the V-shaped cylinder rotates to the upper position, the material collected at the bottom is divided into two inclined cylinders, so that the material of each inclined cylinder can enter another inclined cylinder through the joint. With the continuous rotation and change of position of the cylinder, the material of the V-shaped cylinder is repeatedly displaced, translated, and diffused, thereby achieving uniform mixing.

The VHJ series gravity diffusion mixer is carefully developed by our company based on advanced foreign technology and our production experience. It is suitable for mixing powdered or granular materials in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, feed, ceramics, metallurgy, etc. The machine has a reasonable and simple structure, operates in a closed manner, and is easy to feed in and out. The cylinder body is made of stainless steel material for easy cleaning, making it one of the basic equipment for enterprises. The machine is equipped with a set of motors and cycloidal pinwheel reducers for self rotation, with fast mixing speed and significant weight difference. It is suitable for mixing materials with large mixing ratios. The material contact parts of this machine are all made of stainless steel.

Specification parameters

1. Determine the volume of mixed materials for each batch, ranging from 0.1-3 cubic meters, and select equipment of the corresponding specifications. The volume size can be customized according to non-standard specifications.

2. The cylinder is made of high-quality stainless steel, and both the inner and outer walls are polished. The mixing process is pollution-free, with low power consumption and easy cleaning.

3. Using stainless steel butterfly valves for material discharge, there is no dust leakage or flying phenomenon.

4. Large capacity mixers can be equipped with vacuum feeding systems to improve work efficiency and enhance the working environment.

5. Especially suitable for mixing materials with similar particle sizes and apparent densities. It is possible to add forced stirring blades to the V-W-type mixer rotation axis and V-W-type cylinder to accelerate the mixing speed, and it can also be applied to the mixing of easily condensable materials.
